Designed for noise and exhaust drone reduction in the GM Vortec 6.0, the dual to single configuration of the STX 6 Series muffler will allow for added performance but maintain a sound that is desired by the most common vehicle owner. Customization is typically needed for the STX 623 due to it´s unique configuration, but for the vehicle owner that is concerned about the noise level of their exhaust system this muffler will satisfy even the pickiest owner. Some applications may require a y-pipe before the dual inlet to add to the performance of a single exhaust system.

We designed this muffler as the solution to loud resonance inside of the cab of GM vehicles with the 6.0L Votec engine. As a result this muffler is the most quiet performance muffler on the market for this list of vehicles, including the Hummer H2, Chevy Suburban, Chevrolet Tahoe, GMC Denali, Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra, Cadalac Escalade.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from Aero Performance Exhaust or an Aero Performance Exhaust Official Dealer, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or in-store credit. Returned items must be in "working" condition, with all original parts, accessories, manuals, etc., and must be re-packaged in the original retail box. If any of these items are missing, you will be charged at least a 20% re-stocking fee.

To return an item, you must contact Aero Performance Exhaust via phone or email within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You must ship returns via a courier that provides tracking, and provide Aero with the tracking number. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning merchandise to us. If a returned item is lost or destroyed in transit, your account will not be credited for the return, and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from the courier. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance from the courier for returned items. Premium shipping (next day, 2nd day, etc) charges are non-refundable. Products purchased for race use are excluded. Special order items are excluded.

Aero Performance Exhaust Lifetime Warranty

Aero Performance Exhaust warrants that all Aero Performance Exhaust Mufflers are free from defects. The mufflers are warranted against blowouts and defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was originally installed. The warranty is void if the muffler is not installed properly on the vehicle for which it is designed.

Installation on any commercial or racing vehicle or improper installation, altered mufflers, or products subjected to misuse or damage from accidents, voids the Aero Exhaust Warranty. Also, cost of labor and any additional parts required to complete installation of a replacement muffler are not covered by this warranty.

The warranty certificate, along with proof of purchase, must be presented to the service outlet from which you originally purchased the muffler, or any participating dealer, when making a claim for replacement. The original muffler must also be returned and exchanged for a new muffler of the same part number.

No other warranty, expressed or implied (including merchantability, sound, or usability), applies to the mufflers, nor is any person or the manufacturer authorized to assume any other warranty. The manufacturer does not assume any responsibility for any consequential damages occasioned by the muffler, or inconvenience or interruption in any operation.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
