The Aero Turbine Series 2540i is a 2 1/2" i.d. inlet, 4" i.d. outlet with an angle-cut rolled tip. The 2540i was designed for any standard gas vehicle with an end muffler. This is the ideal Honda Civic muffler, but will also fit any vehicle with an end mounted muffler. This Aero Performance Exhaust is the Performance Import Exhaust Muffler version of the original Aero Exhaust design, which was first designed for and ran on the race-car circuit. It was proven on both the 600hp Chevy Monte Carlos of NASCAR, and the 800hp Sprint car races in Arizona. The original Turbine Series (4040) was then redesigned for the sports compact community as the 2540i performance muffler and tested on several fomula drift vehicles such as the Nissan 240sx, Nissan 350z, Nissan Skyline, Toyota Supra, and Mazda RX8. As the only muffler to have the patented airfoil technology, Aero Turbine Series 2540i is the hottest new product on the Formula Drift/Sport Compact performance, and Street Rod exhaust market today.

The 2540i is the most widely used model of performance exhaust we carry for Sports Cars, Hotrods, and Sport Compact Cars. The length and inlet/outlet diameters were designed to be compatible with 90% of the Performance cars on the market today. Even the standard 2 1/4" and 2" exhaust pipe systems can easily be bumped up to 2 1/2" on the inlet and outlet. The 2540i Performance Import Exhaust Muffler will give the performance and sound that every car owner should expect from their vehicle.

The 2540i is completely stainless steel inside and out. There is no packing or moisture collecting material in the muffler. This also allows the muffler to be run with NOS without risk of burn-out. The racing circuit loves the Aero Performance Exhaust for just that reason. Every other muffler must be replaced after 8 hours of racing, however with the Aero Performance Exhaust, our racing teams are running the same muffler all season.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from Aero Performance Exhaust or an Aero Performance Exhaust Official Dealer, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or in-store credit. Returned items must be in "working" condition, with all original parts, accessories, manuals, etc., and must be re-packaged in the original retail box. If any of these items are missing, you will be charged at least a 20% re-stocking fee.

To return an item, you must contact Aero Performance Exhaust via phone or email within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You must ship returns via a courier that provides tracking, and provide Aero with the tracking number. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning merchandise to us. If a returned item is lost or destroyed in transit, your account will not be credited for the return, and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from the courier. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance from the courier for returned items. Premium shipping (next day, 2nd day, etc) charges are non-refundable. Products purchased for race use are excluded. Special order items are excluded.

Aero Performance Exhaust Lifetime Warranty

Aero Performance Exhaust warrants that all Aero Performance Exhaust Mufflers are free from defects. The mufflers are warranted against blowouts and defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was originally installed. The warranty is void if the muffler is not installed properly on the vehicle for which it is designed.

Installation on any commercial or racing vehicle or improper installation, altered mufflers, or products subjected to misuse or damage from accidents, voids the Aero Exhaust Warranty. Also, cost of labor and any additional parts required to complete installation of a replacement muffler are not covered by this warranty.

The warranty certificate, along with proof of purchase, must be presented to the service outlet from which you originally purchased the muffler, or any participating dealer, when making a claim for replacement. The original muffler must also be returned and exchanged for a new muffler of the same part number.

No other warranty, expressed or implied (including merchantability, sound, or usability), applies to the mufflers, nor is any person or the manufacturer authorized to assume any other warranty. The manufacturer does not assume any responsibility for any consequential damages occasioned by the muffler, or inconvenience or interruption in any operation.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
