I have an 06 Dodge 3500 dually rollin on 11r24.5 Michelin XZY3 tractor tires with huge twin turbos and twin cp3 pumps 200hp injectors the whole 9 yards, dyno at 986 hp at the rear wheels on diesel only . Pulling hills with 5" straight pipe to dual 8" stacks my EGT usually run about 1350 to 1400+ degrees ., boost around 68-92psi (depends on how much throttle i have in to her). Today I installed the 5050 and 5050xl to the exhaust system. I have had my doubts about the performance of the Aero turbine muffler but the EGT and boost numbers prove it all. Pulling a hill now my EGTS don't climb past 1200 degrees and boost levels at 78-106 psi. these mufflers are a little more quiet than I like but the lower EGTS and increased boost levels are well worth it, These mufflers will pay for them selves ten fold. I plan on adding 2 more 5050 one inside the top each stack to reduce the vacume effect on the highway. (Posted on 5/5/10)

Wow, it made a big difference. More power and better fuel economy. Really allowed that engine to turn some power.

I now have a 98 w/ 450 T Cummins and am going to add one to that too.
