I installed one of these on my 06 toyota Tacoma and it sounds awesome compared to the magnaflow that I took off. There is no drone in the cab which is amazing because the magnaflow caused a tone that was unbareable. I also installed a AFE intake and my mileage went from 200 miles a tank to 240. After recently selling my '69 Chevelle , I found myself needing more of a muscular sound from my daily driver. So I installed the 3030XL muffler and went with a 3" tailpipe and a nice stainless tip. The sound from this system is incredible and not too loud in the cab. I can easily listen to the stereo with no real extra noise from the exhaust, however when you stomp on it you can definitely hear the benefit of the Aero design. This is what a V8 is supposed to sound like. I'm with one of your other reviewers, throw in a few window decals and let everyone know which exhaust to look for.

I have a 2008 Ram 1500 with 5.7 Hemi. This muffler bolted in without a hitch. Only parts needed was clamps and an extension which I purchased at Pep Boys.
The sound???????? Absolutely awesome. This exhaust rocks. I didn't remove the factory resonator and it still has great tone. (Posted on 12/15/09)
