Returns & Replacements

  • We honor all our manufacturer's warranties and policies. If your order has been damaged during shipping please contact us so we can resolve the problem in a effecient and resonable manner. Your satisfaction is important to us. It is up to you to check your order when received and if there is any issue let us know within 30 days. After 30 days of purchase we will no longer be able to make changes to your order. (This especially applies to custom parts).
Ordering
  • All orders are placed through the website. If you have any issues ordering and need to speak to a customer service representative please send an email to sales@aeroexhaust.com (Or our contact page) and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
  • Aero Exhaust requires that all orders be placed through PayPal. We use this method to insure that your privacy and customer satisfaction is protected. You can pay through PayPal at the time your order is placed. If you have a problem paying for an order please email us at sales@aeroexhaust.com so a representative may assist you. (Contact page is also available for your convenience. This may help you construct your issue in a manner to which our representatives can effectively assist you.)
Viewing Orders
  • You will receive a email receipt when your order is placed and paid for. If you do not receive a receipt please email us at: sales@aeroexhaust.com and let us know so that we can make sure your order was processed correctly. You may also view your order by visiting the site and logging into the My Account section. (If you choose to create an account when you place an order.) We encourage you to create an account so you will be able to track and monitor the status of your order. Your credit card and payment information is not stored in our databases, your privacy is important to us.
